2008 Qiaojun "Double Dragon" Shou / Ripe Puerh Full Bing Cake (357 grams)

Qiaojun is part of of the Honghai Tea Factory based in Man Zhen Village near Menghai, Yunnan, China. They have been in the tea business since 1999. 

This tea brews smooth with an earthy nuttines. Created with a proprietary blend of Yunnan mountains this tea will be an excellent addition to your tea drinking ritual.  This tea has been Seattle stored since Summer 2014.

Use 5-7 grams of leaves and brew with 6-8 ounces of water at or near boiling. Wash twice for 3s each, then start with a quick steep of 8-10s. With each re-steep adjust the steep time to your taste.
