These are made from quality clay that is single fired and unglazed. They have been highly polished by hand.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese work quite well at blocking out larger leaf particles, but will let through smaller bits. These would be well suited for large leaf teas. They will get clogged with tea made from dust\/fanning grade leaves. They are easily cleaned with water. A tiny paper clip works well for clearing blocked holes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese are handmade products and will vary slightly in appearance and size from the picture. They average 10cm x 3cm Tall.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eThese filters were polished with an olive oil coating to make them look shiny. We tried to remove as much as we could.
