We have pressed this material nearly every year. You know it and love it! This is fantastic material. The aroma is thick with honey. The flavor is smooth and floral with just enough bitterness and astringency to keep your palate interested. This tea is very fresh! This is the same material we have used in our "Planet Jingmai" tea balls.

This is a pressed 200g cake. It is a single origin offering that is unique and offers an incredible tea experience. It is from a single garden and remains unblended and processed individually.

Brewing Instructions

Use 5-10 grams of leaves and brew with 75-150ml ( 2.5-5oz ) of water at or near boiling. Rinse once for a few seconds. Start with quick steeps under 10s. With each re-steep adjust the steep time to your taste.
