Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with a product please email us right away [ crimsonlotustea@gmail.com ] . We work hard to make sure our customers are happy and will do what we can to ensure you have an exemplary experience. If a product does not meet your expectations please explain the issue with pictures in email and we will refund or replace it at our discretion.

Return Policy

Tea is not returnable. All non tea items in original condition are returnable with a 15% stocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped there is a 5% cancellation fee. If your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped then there is an additional $10 restocking fee.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non refundable.
