"White Label" Cake - Shou / Ripe Puerh Tea 200g :: Seattle Inventory

This unassuming "White Label" shou puerh tea was pressed in 2016 with a blend of material from 2012 - 2015. This dark brewing shou is a mellow and earthy daily drinker with a nice blend of golden buds and larger leaf material. 

This is a 200g cake. This is the same material that is pressed into our 250g "White Label" bricks. These have been aging in our Seattle storage inventory since 2016.

Brewing Instructions

This is a generous tea and can be brewed more than 10 times. Use 5-10 grams of leaves and brew with 75-150ml ( 2.5-5oz ) of water at or near boiling. Rinse twice for a few seconds each. Start with quick steeps under 10s. With each re-steep adjust the steep time to your taste.
