This tea brews SO CLEAN! Everything about this tea is clean and vibrant. The aroma is clean, the clarity of the liquor is clean, and the flavor is clean. The aromas are an incredible mix of sweet earth and intense minerality. The aromas are incredibly engaging.
It is smooth and creamy with a balanced and calming energy. It is so sweet with rich fermented shou flavor. It may be light in color but it is full of flavor. The aftertaste is strong and the tea energy will build through the sessions.
This is a 250 gram compressed shou puerh tea tuo cha.
Brewing Instructions
Use 5-10 grams of leaves and brew with 75-150ml ( 2.5-5oz ) of water at or near boiling. Rinse once for a few seconds. Start with quick steeps under 10s. With each re-steep adjust the steep time to your taste.
