This is our second release of this tea. This is a very affordable daily drinker tea. Our first blending of this tea was an incredibly bitter and potent tea. For this blend we went for a sweeter tea. This tea is 100% Bulang Huang Pian material. Huang Pian is the cheaper material that is sorted out because the leaves don't look good. Maybe the leaves were roasted too long, or they withered too much, or they were on the tree too long. The look of the leaves means nothing to the taste of the tea. 

This "Stone Lion" is an incredibly pleasant tea. It is soft and sweet and has an incredible aftertaste. There is a distinct sweet candy aroma that reminds us of the smell when opening a fresh box of Fruit Loops cereal. The wet leaf aroma is puer Hawthorn Berry. This tea is a real aromatic feast. You will drink this tea every day.

The wrapper design for this tea features a custom piece of artwork from Tibetan artist 'Tashi'.

Brewing Instructions

Use 5-10 grams of leaves and brew with 75-150ml ( 2.5-5oz ) of water at or near boiling. Rinse once for a few seconds. Start with quick steeps under 10s. With each re-steep adjust the steep time to your taste.
