One of the first blends we ever made was "Special Sauce" in 2014. We only sold 5 cakes. Each year we work to create the uniqueness of that original blend. This is a multi year, multi area blend of Jingmai material. It has youthful energy and aged wisdom. It is very aromatic and an absolute pleasure to drink.
The quality of the blend is important to us. Each cake was blended by hand to the specific ratio we planned. Each cake is as accurate as possible to our blending goal.

Video Tour of Jingmai
Use 5-10 grams of leaves and brew with 75-150ml ( 2.5-5oz ) of water at or near boiling. Rinse once for a few seconds. Start with quick steeps under 10s. With each re-steep adjust the steep time to your taste.
