One of the first blends we ever did was "Special Sauce" in 2014. We only sold 5 cakes. Each year we've hoped to be able to source material to make a similar tea. This year we were able to. This is a multi year, multi area blend of Jingmai material. It has youthful energy and aged wisdom. It is very aromatic and an absolute pleasure to drink.
The quality of the blend is important to us. Each cake was blended by hand to the specific ratio we planned. Each cake is as accurate as possible to our blending goal.
We had very limited resources to make this blend. We have just 21 cakes to sell. What we have is being sold only as cakes. We do not have samples of this tea available.

Video Tour of Jingmai
Use 5-10 grams of leaves and brew with 75-150ml ( 2.5-5oz ) of water at or near boiling. Rinse once for a few seconds. Start with quick steeps under 10s. With each re-steep adjust the steep time to your taste.
